Mr. Abdullah AlMoammar
A distinguished Saudi entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Abdullah Al-Moammar brings extensive experience in industrial ventures and sustainable investments across the GCC. His strategic leadership drives Al Massira’s vision to establish Morocco’s most advanced recycled paper mill — positioning the company as a model of responsible growth and innovation in the region.
Mr. Adelhafid Yousfi
Mr. Adelhafid Yousfi brings over three decades of executive experience in the paper, logistics, and consulting sectors. A graduate of L’École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris) and ISCAE Casablanca, he has held senior leadership roles at SONACAR Group, LEX Paper, and ODEP, and served as Managing Director of Yousfi Consulting. He leads Al Massira’s daily operations, strategic planning, and governance, ensuring the company’s growth is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with international standards .
Kuldeep Gupta
Mr. Kuldeep Gupta is a highly accomplished Finance Professional having over 20 years of proven leadership and comprehensive experience in strategic, business analysis and controller roles in global organizations with impressive success in financial management & control, merger & acquisition, business advisory roles and in spearheading the entire gamut of business operations. Mr. Gupta is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI. As CFO, he oversees Al Massira’s financial planning, capital allocation, and investment management, ensuring fiscal discipline and sustainable growth through every phase of the project.
Mr. Abdulrazik Askalani
With over 36 years of papermaking expertise, Mr. Abdulrazik Askalani is recognized as one of the region’s leading technical innovators. He has held senior leadership roles at MEPCO, Saudi Paper Mill, and Delta Paper Mill, specializing in process optimization, sustainability, and advanced production technologies. A two-time RISI “Mill Manager of the Year” awardee (2013 & 2023), he continues to guide Al Massira’s technical strategy and continuous improvement initiatives .
Mr. Muhammad Naseem
A chemical engineer with 28 years of experience, Mr. Muhammad Naseem has led major paper and packaging projects from greenfield development to operational delivery. He previously served as Plant Manager at Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO), managing three production lines totaling 500 000 tons per year and driving significant process efficiency improvements. At Al Massira, he oversees project execution, coordination with global suppliers, and commissioning activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery .
